The idea of starting a wedding planning service in Penang was sparked off from a passion of two friends who wanted to make wedding events come alive again.

Over the years, wedding scenes has turned into a routine affair with standard expectations and everyone, including the wedding couple, just wanting the ceremony and reception to end fast after a hectic and stressful day and not forgetting the months of planning. With this thought, both Suan Bee and C Hun ventured out to start off Touching Hearts Wedding Concepts in 2002.

Suan Bee's strength lies in her keen eye for details and delicate flair for design. She enjoys a down-to-earth working relationship with the couples and service providers, making her approachable and comfortable to work with.

C Hun's calm and easy-going nature makes the couple, especially the groom, feel at ease during the whole planning process. He acts as the confidante to the groom and gives him the assurance that everything will be perfect for his bride.

With similar vision and strong passion, these two individuals came together (not in marriage though) to make weddings meaningful once again.
