This service is for couples who have planned their wedding but need a professional to oversee and coordinate to ensure the smooth flow for the day. You can engage us for either full day or just for your wedding reception. Upon engaging our services, we will amongst others,

. review all vendor contracts as well as source any remaining service providers that you may need, if required
. design a wedding day timeline for both your bridal party and vendors, so that everyone knows where they need to be and when
. draw up detailed program for the wedding ceremony and/or reception
. oversee the set-up and decoration of the reception venue
. be on-site to coordinate with the Banquet Manager, emcee and other vendors on the flow of events and program (including playing of march-in music, photo montage, video, serving of dishes during dinner, etc)
. Control and manage the consumption of wine/hard liquor/beer and other beverages during the cocktail hour and reception
. Distribute final payments and necessary tips to service providers
